Are there many bridging finance lenders who offer loans at 85% loan to value?

Most lenders see offering loans at a higher loan to value as a greater risk therefore the market place is more limited at around the high 85%, 90% – 95% LTV range. However there are a selection of lenders who are willing to offer finance around this level depending on the security offered, the amount required and the term of the loan. Bridging loans at a higher LTV rate like these are generally more expensive and carry higher interest charges due to the increase in risk to the lender.
