This product is an ideal solution for portfolio landlords who need a mortgage, remortgage or loan against a BTL investment and you are currenly unemployed, out of work or in between jobs. This 75% LTV mortgage is also suitable for applicants who are self employed, on benefits or who dont have adequate proof of income and earnings.

If you need to mortgage or remortgage a buy to let property and do not have proof of income then this product is for you. No proof of rental income is required, and the tenancy agreement can be used to evidence rental with no further proof required with this mortgage.

What type of properties is this mortgage suitable for?

This product is suitable for any property type including semi commercial properties, ex local authority, flats above shops, maisonettes including High Rise, HMO & Non Standard Construction. There is no minimum property valuation and uninhabitable properties with no one living in them are also accepted.

I have multiple properties can I still get this mortgage?

Yes, this product is also suitable for portfolio landlords who own multiple property investments. Lending on this mortgage is available in England, Scotland and Wales with no minimum property value requirement.

Is there a minimum ownership time or period?

No, while some lenders will require you to have owned the property for at least 6 months, this is not the case with this lender. There is no minimum ownership time required and remortgage finance is immediately available on any type of buy-to-let property.

There is no mortgage history required so First Time Buyers are considered.

Poor and low credit score credit applicants accepted

Bad credit mortgage applicants are considered including people with CCJ’s, IVA’s, missed payments, account defaults, discharged bankrupts, and applicants with a low credit score. No credit scoring is required for this application which means there is no requirement to undergo a credit check.
